Among Nazim’s projects and career achievements:

Founded and served as CEO for several banks, during which time Nazim Elzein was responsible for the formulation of a complete business plan, policies and procedures, staff hiring and license approval.

One of his startup Banks won the award of The Best Islamic Corporate Finance Bank in the Middle East in 2007 by CPI Financials, in the second full year of its operation.

Performed SPAC/Reverse Merger listing structure by combining a UK investment bank with trading record with a newly formed GCC bank.Structured and implemented Qatar’s first corporate Sukuk, a Sharia-compliant debt security.

Obtained listing clearance from the Dubai Nasdaq Stock Exchange for a share IPO (Initial Public Offering).

Performed re-financing feasibility studies for hotelier projects like The Emirates Palace in UAE and The Palace of the Lost City in South Africa through one of his consultancy companies ( EDF Quantum Consulting).

Devised and structured the first Sharia compliant Credit Default SwapFounded or consulted dozens of start-ups in a range of global industries, including fast food chains, debt collection, legacy banks and fin-techs, Payment solutions & platforms, real estate, industrial projects, non-profit organizations, telecoms, and oil and gas.

Advised several Fintech companies including Electronic Money Institutions, Payment Service Providers and crypto exchanges.
